Conditions of cancelling the order Cancellation rights You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Consequences of cancellation If you cancel this order, we undertake to immediately refund all the payments received from you, within 14 days starting from the moment we have received the notification regarding the cancellation of the existing order, including shipping costs, except any other additional expenses, related to the fact that you have chose a shipping method, different from the one we offered (standard delivery)! We refund the money by the same method of payment as we have received it from you, unless differently specified previously. Anyway the customer will not carry out any additional expenses for the refund. Regarding Goods, to be mailed back We may delay the refund until we receive the Goods back to our address, or until you provide proof that the Goods are sent back to us, depending on which notification we get first. Regarding Goods, that cannot be mailed back (for example spare parts, impossible to be packed) We will collect the Goods. We will carry out the expenses for postage back.
